Dr. Ahmed H. Al-Qahtani 於the University of California Irvine取得博士學位，主修免疫學，及於 the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology取得碩士學位，主修臨床微生物學。他現於UAE University College of Medicine出任助理教授，於 the Center for Immunology at UC Irvine出任顧問，同時亦於 the LaJolla Institute for Research 出任主席一職。Dr. Ahmed H. Al-Qahtani 亦為the Autoimmunity Journal 出任評論家以及亦是 the American Association of Immunologists 及the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics的成員之一。
